Americana Partners Adds Former Morgan Stanley Quartet In Houston

Houston-based Americana Partners, an independent wealth management firm with over $9 billion in assets under management, has added four industry figures from Morgan Stanley in the same city. Gutkowski is joining as senior vice president/PWA, with a special focus on corporate retirement plans.
Formerly known as The AHM Group at Morgan Stanley, the team – Palmer Moldawer, Will Carsey, Will Gutkowski, and Kayla Sickman – bring more than $1.5 billion in assets under management to Americana Partners.
Americana Partners, founded in 2019, is part of Dynasty Financial Partners’ Network of independent financial advisory firms.
Moldawer, Carsey, Gutkowski, and Sickman will be based in Americana’s Houston office. Moldawer, who brings more than 35 years of experience in wealth management, will serve as managing director/private wealth advisor, working with executives, families, foundations, and endowments.
Carsey, also an SVP and PWA, will provide consulting services to family offices, high net worth individuals, and philanthropic organizations.
Sickman, with more than a decade of experience in financial services, will serve as VP in private wealth service, with a focus on client experience.
Founded in 2019, Americana Partners operates offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles, and the Permian Basin, along with an international division to serve and connect Latin American clients. The firm has $2.6 billion in assets under management.
It announced that it had acquired Los Angeles-based firm Boulevard Family Wealth in March 2025.
